Maddie and I have read almost all of the Ramona Quimby books by Beverly Cleary. We LOVE them. I've always thought Ramona reminded me so much of Maddie in her personality, but the one time I mentioned it I thought she was going to lose her mind in anger. Kind of like the above picture.
We finally watched the live action movie, Ramona and Beezus last night. It totally cemented my thought that Maddie and Ramona were personality twins. Even Maddie could not deny it so much anymore, although she still did. If you haven't seen the movie, do it. Then you can see what it's like to live with My Ramona.

Had a bunch of those books.Gave them to Joyce for the kids.Gma Langager gave me a three book set of them when I was oh about 9?I think.Loved them.Even as a grownup I'd still read them occasionally.Memories.Funny she's like Ramona.I have known some little girls who were.Not you.Not me either but I have baby-sat some real,uh,shall we say,memorable girls?Oh yah.
